Birth chart of Jeffrey Dahmer, the notorious serial killer, himself murdered in prison. What went wrong here? He had FOUR planets in domicile: Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Saturn. Let's get down to it, by my pseudo-classical method.
Day chart, so Sun is sect light. It's in Gemini, in the 9th (its Joy; Sun is enhanced), conjunct its ruler. Good for the Sun, but bad for the ruler, as it's too close and thus debilitated by the Sun's blinding light (this is called "combust" when within 8 degrees, "under beas" when under 15 degrees apart). Sun's triplicity lords are Saturn (4th, retrograde, domicile, and pretty out of sect), Mercury (9th, domicile, combust, contrary to sect being an evening star in a day chart), and Jupiter (4th, fallen, retrograde, conjunct its ruler which is bad when that ruler is Saturn, and also fairly out of sect).
Libra's Rising, and Venus is in Taurus (yay!), but the 8th house (not yay). Venus is ALSO too close to the Sun, and thus debilitated, and made worse by being a night planet in a day chart and above the horizon, but, again, Venus is usually fairly out of sect. Venus' triplicity lords are Venus (adding dignity), Moon (Aries, 7th house, conjunct the horizon exactly, waxing, and arguably out of sect, but also arguably in it), and Mars (Aries, 7th, domicile, below the horizon but arguably conjunct it, adding power, and not in terrible sect status).
So far, pretty good dignities, though Mercury and Venus present *some* problems. It's worth noting here the peculiar issue of Mars and Saturn being strong: the malefics, when strong, are a very mixed blessing. Mars in Aries and Saturn in Capricorn may be both in domicile, but the more distempered domiciles for them (Scorpio and Aquarius are better, because the sexes align with sect). The fact that Saturn is in the very powerful "midnight" position in the 4th house, conjunct the Nadir, while in a day chart, is very troubling. At the least, this can create depression. At worst, the Greeks identified Saturn with all manner of horrors and degradation.
On the note of Saturn, I read recently about Ptolemy's method of assessing the quality of a person's character: you find the overall ruler of the Moon and Mercury. To do this, you find the sign, term, and triplicity rulers of both (excluding the secondary triplicity lord), along with what planet is exalted in the signs, and what planet makes the closest aspect to them (called the "phase ruler"). Then tally which planet comes up the most between the two. For him, my tally looks like this:
Moon: Aries, ruled by Mars, terms of Mercury, triplicity: Sun, Saturn, phase: Saturn, exaltation: Sun
Mercury: Gemini, ruled by Mercury, terms of Jupiter, triplicity: Saturn, Jupiter, phase: Mars
Soul Ruler: Saturn.
Saturn as the "soul ruler" is not inherently bad, but it certainly can point that way. The fact that Saturn is the closest aspect to the Moon and Mars is the closest to Mercury is doubly troubling, particularly considering the very strong position of both. The fact Saturn is powerful, but badly natured, makes for this "soul rulership" being ominous.
Another thing worth noting, before we get to the Arabic Parts: he has one singleton, and that is Neptune, in Scorpio, in the 2nd house. It is also retrograde, and his only Water sign. His emotions were channeled into emotional ideals, particularly regarding sexual partners (there's that Scorpio) that would never leave him. Ideally, dead ones or ones he had turned into zombies (also note the Venus, as Chart Ruler, in the 8th house and Venus trine Saturn: Venus in aspect to Saturn leads to debauched love, especially if Saturn is bad. Venus is also square Uranus, and it's safe to say his love life was shocking).
To his Parts: Fortune (and Exaltation) are tightly conjunct, in Virgo, in the 12th house, and also conjunct Pluto (which also tightly squares Sun and Mercury, activating it for him personally). The North Node's there too. Uh-oh. Their ruler, Mercury, is both relatively powerful but fairly afflicted and totally bad-natured for sect, but being in the 9th (which is the 10th from Fortune's place) means it can strongly reinforce Fortune and Exaltation (his highest achievements).
Spirit is at 0 Sagittarius, 3rd house, with his Jupiter in the 4th, conjunct Saturn. Jupiter in the 2nd house from Spirit can't give much career help, and to this day, I've never heard what we did for a living. I would also argue that for him, Jupiter, while nominally powerful in the 4th, was dwarfed by Saturn, which is in a much happier and more malevolent position. Saturn could turn Jupiter towards its ends.
The part of Basis (your foundation) was at 11 Capricorn, 4th house, conjoining both Jupiter and Saturn. Notably, all his killings were done at home.
Now comes an interesting controversy: I realized that there's two formulae for the Lots of Eros and Necessity, and that what I've been using is a later addition! Going by the later method (as *most* do), Eros IS Basis in his case, but by the formula corrected by Robert Schmidt, Eros is at 11 Aries, tightly conjunct Mars. Uh-oh. Either way, Eros would be conjunct a malefic, pointing to the possibility of debauched sexual tastes. Necessity by Schmidt's method is 18 Cancer, conjunct the MC, and by the more common method, 27 Cancer, so it's no big difference. Either way, Necessity (adversity, basically) was conjunct the MC, ruled by the powerful Moon in the 7th (10th house position from it), showing resourcefulness and the ability to overcome. He did for quite awhile.
Some other noteworthy parts: Boldness (the capacity for murder) is at 17 Virgo, in the 12th house with Fortune and Exaltation (and Pluto!), but only loosely conjunct them. However, it's very close to the North Node. His purpose in life was uncomfortably close to his capacity to kill. Even more, Nemesis (Saturn's very shitty part) is at 10 Gemini, conjunct Mercury and the Sun. Victory (21 Scorpio; Jupiter's part) is in the 2nd (possessions), same house as that Neptune singleton. His Victory was one of ownership. Of other people's bodies and attaining dream lovers that would never leave.
